My name is Dave Whitlock. I’ve practiced dentistry for 14 years in Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and now Kentucky where I own a private practice. The opinion you will receive is from a licensed, practicing dentist, and is based on the information you provide.

The consultation will provide the same opinion and options that I would give my patients in my private practice.

Our Process is simple

In order to schedule a consult, request a consultation by clicking here.
You will receive an email with a liability form attached. Docusign the form and submit.
Once we receive the liability form we will send you an email with a link to choose your consultation type (Zoom or email consult), and make a payment via PayPal.
Once payment for the second opinion is processed, an email will be sent with a link to schedule a consultation.
